If you celebrate the upcoming Labour Day Weekend – enjoy.
If you aren’t blessed with a holiday long weekend, give yourself one. Play hooky on Monday.
And if you’re at a loss as to what to do over the weekend (or anytime), remember:
“Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can't hear, and not bothering.”
Pooh's Little Instruction Book - A. A. Milne
I’ll be away – “…just going along, listening…and not bothering…”

Have a blissful weekend Beth ♥ and truly, the wisdom of Pooh is nothing to be sneezed at. He was a very insightful bear!!
Yes – enjoy many hours of doing nothing! (Wish I could, but I'll be hosting my sister's 50th birthday...ah well...)
"Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing"
I love it when you say things like that! My motto completely. Unfortunately, I'll be moving over it. New house and all...
amazing, isn't it? The places where you can find a jewel of sage advice.
Have a great time doin' nothin'! Sounds wonderful!
Think of me. I'll have a drill in my mouth! : ) Ha Ha. I'm being dramatic! One more session!
I've had 4 weeks of doing nada, so I gotta get back in gear for the school year!
And, why does Sherry mention Pooh in the past tense?
I'm SO with that Not Bothering idea! Bloody genius that is!
You have a wonderful weekend too.
I LOVE Winnie sayings. Great mottos for life in those treasured books.

Aha, the value of doing nothing is but about missing nothing as a result :)
Oh I'll be taking a break, don't you worry! In fact, this weekend is devoted to homework and reading so I don't have to do anything on Monday. I can't wait!
Hey, have a great weekend.
I've always loved that honey-loving bear....
I have no qualms about doing nothing, just don't tell me to do it, okay? Enjoy your holiday (not that I'm telling you what to do).
i work in an ER. we never close...
do I see a weekend at the cottage in your near future?
and Pooh is so smart.
I just took a long long nap this afternoon. Bliss! LOL
Happy long weekend my dear!!
Love that saying! Hope you had a lovely weekend.
I always feel sorry for the sort of twitchy people who have been brainwashed into thinking that they always have to be doing something. I love to do nothing -- if my children will allow it!
