Spring Thaw

The advantage to being a cat owner as the snow melts and all is revealed?

Two words: Litter box.

(But I do love my mangy mutt!)

Would someone explain this to our cat please? She's constantly "fertilizing" my gardens.

Oh, yeah -- how I remember these days. Here's hoping that all your chores are manageable!

Tis one of the yucky things about spring, there isn't much, but melting poopsiclse are g.r.o.s.s.

Oh LORD!...Aint that the truth tho? It is a BEAUTIFUL day here and all I can smell when I go outside is poop...I clean it up and they keep making more! Think I should just stop feeding them?

Ah poor Major!! I mean, he has to go...and it's not his fault there was a blanket of snow to cover his "movements"...lol!! I'm laughing at my own humour...omg...that's sad!! Do you want me to come help you shovel??!?

Good point Beth. Nothing like springtime, and coming home with well-seasoned dog-nuggets on one's shoes!
Mmmmmm.... springtime!
To get back at neighborhood dog owners, I store Jack's fecal offerings in my deep-freeze from November to March, and then go spread them around in the park across the street in early April.
It's a day-long affair, followed by fireworks!
Turdthaw-Fest© , I call it!

Miss 6 was trying to talk me into adopting a street cat with the argument that 'dogs don't clean up after themselves, but cats do!"

Yep... that'll work. LOL

Hehehe. Nothing says springtime like the smell of thawed poopsicles!

Thankfully we don't have the dog poop problem (bless those litter boxes!) but UGH! All the garbage that's been frozen under the snow all winter! Yuck!
