Finally, finally, I said no to a meme. Not because I can’t think of 10 favourite body parts (hell, I can think of plenty) but because I feel the sharing of that kind of information is just a little too personal.
Somebody has to draw a line and/or establish certain boundaries regarding memes – might as well be me.
(And where do memes originate anyway? Is there a MEME-MAKER out there? And does he/she get paid for this kind of work???)
So, sorry, Liz. No telling, no tagging.

I've always wondered where these meme start too...good question!!
There are some really good ones out there, the ones that make you think or reflect, but I'm with you...I'm not really keen on naming my body parts that I like..I've lost a few and I know first hand..."eh"...it's no big deal. It's what's inside me that's more important than what's holdin' it all together!! ;)

In all seriousness, I don't imagine I would have enjoyed being tagged with this one. The narcissism of it is completely off-putting. The only way to handle it would be if I was in just the right warped mood to make a joke of it. Maybe something along the lines of, "I like my lips because they don't look like George Bush's, I like my skin because it doesn't look like Michael Jackson's, …"
I'm also with you in wondering how memes start. Wouldn't it be cool to have some program that could crawl the Web, following the tag links backward in time, to see if we could find the original source?
OK so no meme, but how about some sort of candid centerfold for the literary set. Perhaps naked Beth peeking behind a set of World Books or draped over the library book drop. I smell a calendar!
Ten would be tough! I have six fake teeth though so that gives me a boost in this area :-) Happy Friday!

Good one Beth, I fell for it too. I had to admitt being relieved that there was no such meme because there is no way I would want to do one where I had to name 10 good body parts. You are crazy today, a happy crazy. A funny crazy. That type of crazy if always good for the soul.
