Holiday Break Time...

“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so?  It came without ribbons.  It came without tags.  It came without packages, boxes or bags.  And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore.  Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before.  What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store.  What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
~Dr Seuss

A wonderful video of Little Drummer Boy created by the talented 18 year old Sean Quigley from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  One of our crazy Canadian young men – wearing shorts in the midst of all that snow!

“People have been asking... so, yes, I played all the parts, sang, arranged and recorded the whole thing. I had my sister run the camera for specific shots, then I edited the video and posted it here!”
~ Sean Quigley

Enjoy!

Wishing you and yours a very grinch-less Christmas!! Maybe we'll be outside in our shorts...meant to still be mild with no snow. And this is Christmas??? ♥

Shorts in the snow is a clever gimmick to go with his singing. Girls who like pink calves must have been swooning. Am I right in thinking he already has groupies?

Love it! Only in Canada, aye? I am happy to see that someone has snow! And Happy Holidays to you, Beth. Are you sure you're OK?

Sherry:
A no-Grinch/no snow Christmas this year?
(It’s pouring rain right now…)

GB:
If he didn’t have groupies before, he does now! 1,275,630 hits so far…

The Bodhi Chicklet:
Happy Holidays right back at ya!
And I’m OK – even without snow. (Don’t tell Riley I said that…)

Jaya J:
And a blessed and Merry Christmas to you, as well. :)

LOVE IT!

Reposted it to my Spanish buddies and student's they'll think we're all MAD!

oreneta:
I think the madness of Canadians is very much underrated. ;)
Don’t you love how happy he is? Makes me happy just to watch him.

Hah!
I saw this guy on The National.
Fabulous. And he is so humble. I love it when notoriety finds someone who was not looking for it.
He was just enjoying himself.
It's probably my least favorite Christmas song of all time, but I like when he does it.
Sincerely,
A fellow "drummer-boy".

I think that’s part of the appeal of his performance/video.

Attila:
You, too – god knows, you’re deserve it!

Cip:
You’re humble, not seeking notoriety, are capable of enjoying yourself – make a video, drummer–boy!

DWei:
And to you, as well. :)
