Laughter

Some days (most days) you need a good laugh. Click on the link and go for it. Although I’ve never visited the YouTube site before, someone recommended this video. I’ve watched it five times — made each member of the family watch it. (This means four males found it equally funny.) Each time I see it, I laugh again. Out loud.

Keep in mind — laughter is a source of preventative medicine. When you laugh, your body releases serotonin, increases endorphins and T cells and improves the immune system. Throw away the Prozac. Watch this video.

This video is hilarious. My husband showed it to me the other day. We cracked up all over the place: what a sweet baby that's so bloody happy!
